According to Главком: According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), a total of 104 combat engagements occurred across the front on April 13. Russian forces launched massed strikes, including missile, aviation, and artillery attacks. The Pokrovsk direction saw the most intense offensive activity from the enemy. Ukrainian defense forces are focused on disrupting Russian offensive plans and degrading their combat potential.
Throughout the day, the enemy carried out 1 missile strike using 2 missiles. Additionally, 51 airstrikes were recorded, involving 186 guided aerial bombs. Russian forces also deployed 6,213 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,737 bombardments of settlements and military positions.
Combat Activity Across Various Front Sectors
Numerous engagements took place across different sectors of the front. Specifically:
- On the South-Slobozhanske direction, 1 combat clash occurred near Taratutyne, along with 2 airstrikes and 67 bombardments, 3 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
- On the Kupiansk direction, 2 assault attempts near Novoplatonivka and Novoosynove were repelled.
- On the Lyman direction, Ukrainian forces halted 8 attempts to advance near Dibrova, Drobysheve, and Lyman.
- On the Kramatorsk direction, 15 assaults near Kramatorsk, Ploshchanka, Illinivka, Stepovka, Ruskyi Yar, Sofiyivka, and Novopavlivka were repelled.
- On the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy made 20 attack attempts near Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Udachne, Zapovidne, Bilytske, Hryshyne, Pokrovsk, and Muravka, with 1 engagement ongoing.
Other sectors also saw significant attacks:
- On the Orikhiv direction, 6 attacks occurred.
- On the Huliaipole direction, 7 attacks took place.
- On the Vremivka direction, 1 attack was recorded in the Stepnohirsk area.
- On the Dnipro River direction, the enemy conducted 3 attacks toward the Antonivskyi Bridge and Bilohrudyi Island.
As of April 13, it is the 1,510th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. The conflict has settled into a grinding war of attrition, with both sides heavily reliant on artillery and drones.
The frontline situation remains tense, with active combat operations across multiple sectors. Ukrainian defense efforts are concentrated on holding positions and preventing further Russian advances.
