According to Рубрика — Суспільство: At just 11 years old, Kira Kasynets from Zakarpattia achieved a remarkable world record by reciting a tongue twister consisting of 1,328 words in an astounding 7 minutes and 35 seconds during the TV show 'Ukraine's Got Talent.' This feat was officially recognized by the National Registry of Records of Ukraine under the title 'Longest Tongue Twister Recited from Memory in a Slavic Language by a Child in Ukrainian.' Kira is now channeling the attention from her achievement into a charitable campaign aimed at raising 500,000 hryvnias for the Superhumans Center.

Supporting War Victims Through Charity

Kira isn’t new to record-breaking; three years ago, she set a national record by reciting a tongue twister made up of 2,780 syllables. The Superhumans Center is a nationwide organization dedicated to assisting those affected by the war. It provides vital services such as prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, along with physical and psychological rehabilitation. Operating without government funding, the center relies entirely on charitable donations. Over its years of service, Superhumans has produced more than 3,600 prosthetic limbs and performed nearly 3,000 surgeries.

Previously, Kira successfully spearheaded a fundraiser to purchase a DJI Mavic 3 FMC drone for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, gathering the necessary funds within just a few days. Her mother, Viktoriya Bokach, shared her perspective:

“Kira pushes her own limits by setting this world record. Meanwhile, the people helped by Superhumans confront challenges every day that they never chose. We wanted Kira’s achievement to symbolize not just her personal milestone, but how far we can go together to support others. A prosthetic is just one step on a long road-it's about helping someone believe life continues after trauma.”

Kira also expressed her feelings: “I can’t do what our soldiers do, but I can use my own talents. If my words can help raise funds for those defending us or affected by the war, I want them to be more than just words.” Viktoriya added, “I hope Kira carries compassion instead of fear, a drive to act instead of helplessness, and humanity instead of indifference.”

The fundraiser’s goal is set at 500,000 hryvnias, and anyone interested can contribute through the official donation platform.
