In the southern and southeastern regions, as well as in Transcarpathia, the temperature at night varies from 9 to 14 degrees of frost, and during the day – from 3 to 8 degrees of frost.

Weather in Kyiv

In Kyiv, the weather is also cloudy with clearings and no precipitation. The temperature in the Kyiv region at night reaches 15-20 degrees of frost, and during the day – 8-13 degrees of frost. In the capital itself, the temperature at night is 15-17 degrees of frost, and during the day – 10-12 degrees of frost. The wind in Ukraine is western, southwest, with a speed of 5-10 meters per second.

Due to low temperatures and ice slicks on the roads, drivers should be especially careful while moving. The presence of small snowfalls in the Carpathians and Transcarpathia may complicate the situation, requiring local services to pay increased attention to road conditions.

High frost temperatures in the capital and other regions may also negatively impact people's health, so it is recommended to exercise caution and choose appropriate clothing.
