The government launches RDNA5: assessing the new scale of devastation in Ukraine

According to Кулеба: The 15th meeting of the Donor Platform Steering Committee took place in Kyiv, where partners discussed building the country's resilience. The main tasks include ensuring a stable heating season, physical protection of energy infrastructure, and restoring damaged housing and infrastructure.

According to RDNA4 data, total losses in Ukraine are increasing and exceed $524 billion. By 2025, energy facilities suffered losses of almost 70%. Attacks on ports in the Black Sea and Danube and other critical facilities continue, prompting the government to initiate an RDNA5 assessment for comprehensive recovery alongside partners.

Heating and energy systems are under constant strain due to infrastructure damage. To ensure operational stability, reserves of equipment for quick repairs are being formed, and decentralized generation is being developed.

At the Donor Platform Steering Committee meeting in Kyiv, discussions were held on building the country's resilience, restoring destroyed housing and infrastructure, as well as analyzing the devastation in Ukraine and ways to achieve comprehensive recovery in the future.
