According to hvylya.net: Labor specialties in Ukraine are increasingly in high demand – and this is reflected in their salaries. Painters, plumbers, tilers, and other skilled workers earn significantly more than the national average. The shortage of personnel in these areas has arisen due to mobilization to the army, the aging of workers, and the reluctance of young people to choose these professions.
Employers are no longer limited to just high salaries but are trying to attract workers with various bonuses: housing, health insurance, and other benefits. Other industries are also experiencing salary growth, but builders are leading the way in critical staff shortages.
