Energy crews managed to restore electricity to more than 60,000 families, but emergency shutdowns continue to disrupt service. The most severely impacted areas are the Peresyp and Prymorsky districts of Odesa, where numerous outages have been reported.

Damage and Ongoing Military Strikes

During the night of September 18, an airstrike hit the Odesa region, damaging residential buildings, industrial facilities, storage warehouses, and a school. An administrative building was also targeted, causing a fire on its upper floors that firefighters were able to extinguish. The number of injured from attacks in central Odesa has risen to 10.

On the night of September 19, Russian forces continued their offensive against Ukrainian territories, launching 2 missiles and deploying 174 Shahed attack drones along with drone imitators. Ukraine's Air Defense Forces successfully intercepted the majority of these aerial threats. The primary targets remain the Odesa and Kyiv regions.
