215 Combat Clashes in One Day: Ukrainian Military Highlights Hottest Frontline Sectors

According to Главком: As of 10:00 PM on June 3, Ukraine recorded 215 combat engagements. Russian forces continue aggressive operations, launching massive missile and air strikes. Two missile attacks occurred today, involving the launch of two missiles. Additionally, the enemy conducted 48 airstrikes, dropping 149 guided aerial bombs. Occupiers are also heavily deploying kamikaze drones, using 6,218 unmanned aerial vehicles, while total shelling from various weapon systems reached 4,689.
Frontline Situation
The most intense fighting took place on the Pokrovsk axis. Over the past day, 49 Russian soldiers were eliminated, and 14 more were wounded. In this sector, Ukrainian forces neutralized:
- one drone control post,
- six units of automotive equipment,
- five units of specialized machinery.
Additionally, five vehicles, five pieces of special equipment, and one UAV command post were damaged. Electronic warfare systems suppressed or destroyed 227 enemy drones.
On the Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk axes, two combat clashes occurred. The enemy also carried out two airstrikes using five guided bombs, while Ukrainian positions came under 44 shelling attacks, including two from multiple rocket launchers. On the Southern Slobozhanskyi axis, occupiers stormed defensive lines six times, while on the Kupiansk axis, they attempted three assaults.
On the Lyman axis, Ukrainian troops repelled fourteen enemy attempts to advance, while on the Sloviansk axis, defense forces thwarted eleven breakthrough attempts. On the Kramatorsk axis, defenders stopped one offensive action, and on the Kostiantynivka axis, ten enemy assaults were repelled.
On the Pokrovsk axis, the enemy launched 27 attacks, and on the Oleksandrivka axis, occupiers tried to advance ten times. Twenty-seven attacks were also recorded on the Huliaipole axis, while on the Orikhiv axis, enemy units attempted to breach defenses four times. This marks the 1,561st day of the full-scale war in Ukraine.
The frontline situation remains tense, with active combat operations across multiple sectors. Despite significant enemy losses, Ukrainian forces continue their efforts to defend the territory. A key part of the defense strategy involves modern technologies such as electronic warfare systems, which have proven effective in countering drones. These developments underscore the conflict's duration and its impact on regional security.
