According to НАБУ: A preventive measure in the form of detention with an alternative of posting bail in the amount of $250 thousand has been applied to one of the participants of the group of individuals who were exposed together with the people's deputy for inciting to provide unlawful benefits for the imposition of sanctions by the National Security and Defense Council against a competing company. If bail is posted, the suspect will be subject to certain procedural obligations, including: appearing at the request of detectives, prosecutors, the investigating judge, the court, not leaving the city without permission, notifying about a change of residence, avoiding communication with certain persons, and others.

According to part 1 of Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in the legal manner and established by a court verdict.
