According to Главком: On the front lines, 283 combat engagements were recorded in the past day. Russian troops launched 96 airstrikes, dropping 286 guided bombs. The occupiers also deployed 10,085 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,422 artillery strikes on Ukrainian defensive positions and populated areas, including 74 salvos from multiple rocket launchers. This marks the 1,598th day of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Frontline Situation

In the Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk sectors, 16 battles took place. The enemy conducted 56 shelling attacks, 12 of which involved multiple rocket launchers. On the Southern Slobozhanskyi axis, Ukrainian forces repelled 18 assaults, with fighting concentrated near Starytsia, Novovasylyvka, Lyman, Vovchansk, and Artilne.

  • On the Kupiansk axis, Russian forces launched four attacks toward Kurylivka and Novoplatonivka.
  • On the Lyman axis, occupiers attempted to breach defenses 15 times.
  • On the Sloviansk axis, the enemy conducted 30 assault operations.
  • On the Kramatorsk axis, six attacks were recorded.
  • On the Kostiantynivka axis, the enemy carried out 33 assaults.
  • On the Pokrovsk axis, 18 enemy assault attempts were halted.
  • On the Oleksandrivka axis, invaders attacked four times.
  • On the Huliaipole axis, 22 attacks occurred.
  • On the Orikhiv axis, five enemy attempts to advance were stopped.
  • On the Dnipro axis, no offensive actions were taken.

Ukrainian defense forces continue active operations, striking six areas where enemy personnel are concentrated, six command centers, and one critical enemy facility.

Given the intensity of combat, the situation on the front remains tense. The extensive use of kamikaze drones and airstrikes highlights the enemy’s active tactical efforts. At the same time, Ukrainian forces are effectively countering these attacks, demonstrating their ability to hold positions and inflict losses on the enemy. These developments could significantly influence the conflict’s trajectory and the strategies of both sides in the near future.
