70,000 doses of vaccine against five dangerous childhood infections delivered to Ukraine

According to Міністерство Здоров'я: Vaccines have arrived for Ukrainian children! 70,000 doses of the combined PENTA-Hib vaccine have arrived in the country to protect toddlers from five dangerous diseases.

This vaccine protects against whooping cough, diphtheria, tetanus, hepatitis B, and Haemophilus influenzae type b infection. It is provided free of charge to children according to the national vaccination schedule, and the administration is carried out at vaccination points. The delivery of vaccines to Ukraine became possible thanks to cooperation with Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, and the participation of UNICEF Ukraine and the Public Health Center.
