Career Expo 2026 Comes to Kyiv

According to Рубрика — Суспільство: On October 8, Kyiv will host Career Expo 2026, a career-guidance forum aimed at 11th-grade students and university undergraduates in years one through four. The charity organization Blagomay is behind the event, and entry is free for everyone. Its purpose is to give young attendees a clearer picture of the labor market, introduce them to in-demand professions, and allow them to speak directly with company representatives. This forum arrives at a crucial moment for Ukrainian youth, who are navigating a rapidly evolving professional landscape.

What Attendees Can Expect

More than 30 employers from various industries will be on hand for conversations with young participants. Visitors can gather details about internships, first-job opportunities, and practical strategies for advancing their careers. The expo also serves as an excellent environment for networking and forming professional bonds that can pay off later. Supporting the event are ING Bank as general partner, OLX Робота as general information partner, and STUD-POINT as official partner.

The following organizations are information partners:

  • Hromadske Radio
  • Rubryka
  • UA News
  • UN Global Compact in Ukraine
  • EBA
  • Youth Council at the Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine

Young people today have no shortage of professional possibilities, yet they often struggle to identify where to find them and how to get started.

Those wishing to take part can sign up through the designated registration link. Career Expo 2026 is expected to be a key stepping stone in the professional development of its attendees, equipping them with actionable knowledge and connections for the future.

The initiative aims to narrow the information gap separating young talent from employers, an issue made all the more salient by the current pace of change in the job market. Beyond simply raising awareness of new careers, the forum helps participants cultivate relationships that might anchor their future success. It also aligns with wider national efforts to enhance youth vocational guidance and employment prospects in Ukraine.
