How free travel will work in Kropyvnytskyi
During the transitional period, beneficiaries will retain the right to free travel with the usual paper certificate. Therefore, the absence of a new card immediately after the start of issuance will not be a reason for refusal of benefits.
Electronic cards are needed by the city for accurate passenger accounting and settlements with the transport enterprise for actual transportation performed.
New tariffs for public buses and trolleybuses will only take effect after the transport cards are available for sale. In the future, Kropyvnytskyi plans to completely abandon cash payments and the work of conductors.
