According to ХВИЛЯ: Meteorologist Natalka Didenko forecasts warm and sunny weather across Ukraine on March 9th, the birthday of national poet Taras Shevchenko. A high-pressure system will dominate, ensuring clear skies and no precipitation. Daytime temperatures are expected to range from +10 to +15 degrees Celsius, reaching the high in some regions.

In Kyiv, clear skies are predicted with temperatures warming to +12°C. In the country's northeast, temperatures will fluctuate between +6 and +9°C. As Natalka Didenko noted:
