The procurement volumes this week have been lower due to active procurements carried out in previous weeks. The vast majority of materials for construction have already been purchased or contracted, allowing for the continuation of project implementation. However, construction work in certain regions may last only a few hours a day due to Russian attacks. Despite these difficulties, construction continues despite deteriorating weather conditions.
