How to easily receive a pension supplement of 300 UAH: what needs to be done

Ukrainian pensioners with the title of Honored Donor have the right to a monthly pension supplement. The amount of the supplement is 10% of the living wage for one person - about 300 UAH per month. About this writes Znaj.UA.

Pension supplement for honored donors: who can receive it

The law defines that the status of Honored Donor is granted for voluntary donations in the following volumes:

1. 40 maximum permissible doses of blood

2. 60 doses of plasma obtained by apheresis method

3. 40 doses of cellular blood (erythrocytes, platelets or leukocytes).

Donations are counted regardless of the date of donation. After reaching the norms, a person is issued a certificate and a badge of Honored Donor of Ukraine. Similar documents of the Soviet sample also grant the right to a supplement.

The status is confirmed for life, and the supplement is paid monthly together with the main pension.

How to apply for a pension supplement: step by step

To allocate the supplement, it is necessary to contact the Pension Fund and provide:

1. an application for the appointment of the supplement

2. a passport or other identification document

3. identification code

4. the certificate and badge of Honored Donor of Ukraine or Honored Donor of the USSR.

Documents can be submitted in person at the PFU service center or remotely through the fund's web portal. The supplement is appointed after the verification of documents and is paid indefinitely.
