What are the power outage schedules in Kyiv region on April 9, 2026

On April 9 in Kyiv region, stabilization power outages were introduced by the order of Ukrenergo. The restrictions will be in effect according to schedules for different queues throughout the day and evening. This is reported by DTEK.

The power will be turned off according to defined time slots, which differ depending on the consumer queue. Some groups will remain without electricity for just a few hours, while for others, the restrictions may last longer.

Power outage schedules in Kyiv region on April 9 by queues

• 1.1 queue: from 10:30 to 14:00

• 1.2 queue: from 10:30 to 11:00

• 2.1 queue: from 21:00 to 22:00

• 2.2 queue: from 21:00 to 22:00

• 3.1 queue: from 14:00 to 17:30

• 3.2 queue: from 15:00 to 17:30

Separate schedules have been determined for other groups of consumers:

• 4.1 queue: from 07:00 to 10:30

• 4.2 queue: from 17:30 to 21:00

• 5.1 queue: from 17:30 to 21:00

• 5.2 queue: electricity without outages

• 6.1 queue: from 07:00 to 10:30

• 6.2 queue: electricity without outages

Power outages in Kyiv region: what is known about the situation

Stabilization outages are applied to balance the energy system under increased load conditions. Schedules may change depending on the situation in the network, so energy workers urge to follow updates.

Such restrictions help avoid emergency outages and maintain stable operation of the energy system. Consumers are advised to use electricity rationally, especially during peak hours.

It is reminded that the Cabinet of Ministers allocated 12.85 billion UAH as part of the resilience plans for regions. These funds will be used to protect critical infrastructure, including 209 objects in frontline regions and Kyiv region.
