Today, November 18, in Dnipro the operation of public transport is being adjusted due to the repair of the rainwater drainage and tram tracks. The city also warns of planned power outages. This is reported by the publication 'Our City'. 

Temporary changes in transport movement in Dnipro on November 18

The city authorities explain: due to the closure of part of Prince Volodymyr the Great Street on November 18, different traffic schemes will be in effect. The CEC is also carrying out planned work with power outages from 10:00 to 17:00 at the following addresses: Quartalna Street, 19, 21, and 23.

Routes that change operation

In the city the following adjustments are in effect:

  • Trolleybuses No. 2 and No. 12 are combined into the route ZhM Parius – ZhM Peremoga (prov. Dobrovoltsiv);

  • Trolleybuses No. 7, 14, 17, 20, and bus No. 38 are shortened to the section on Prince Volodymyr the Great Street, final stop Most-City Center;

  • Buses No. 23, 57A, 88 drop off passengers at Uspenska Square;

  • Bus No. 120 now ends its route at Volodymyr Monomakh Street and travels further to Peremoga according to a changed scheme;

  • Bus No. 121 heading to Parius takes a detour via Volodymyr Monomakh Street, Dmytro Yavornytskyi Avenue, Juliusz Słowacki Street, and the Embankment.

Due to the repair of the tram tracks on the Old Bridge, trams No. 6 and No. 9 are temporarily not operating. Instead, buses No. 6K (Uspenska Square – Mineral Resources Institute) and No. 9K (Uspenska Square – Meat Processing Plant) are running. The rest of the routes operate on a regular schedule, with 200 units of electric transport on the line. The schedule can be checked on the KP Dnipro electric transport website.

The city also has 93 bus routes, which involve 558 buses, of which 90 are of large capacity.
