Create Ukraine: 10 specialists have returned to Ukraine and implemented key reforms

The first participants of #CreateUkraine have completed their work


The first ten participants of the #CreateUkraine program have completed a 14-month project at the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture and the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine. These young specialists returned from work in various countries such as the United Kingdom, China, France, Austria, Canada, Italy, and Slovakia to contribute to important economic reforms and Ukraine's movement towards the European Union.



Among the first graduates of the program were: Nastya Belanenko, Olena Dziubko, Iryna Volokha, Oksana Havryliv, Tetiana Haidym, Stanislava Kruhlian, Yuliia Mishchuk, Yulia Paska, Roksolana Smeretsynska. During their participation in the program, they implemented over 30 projects aimed at strengthening the economy and institutions.



Achievements of the participants



  • The participants managed the 'Mineral Agreement' and created the American-Ukrainian Investment Fund for Reconstruction.

  • Under URC2025, over 200 agreements were concluded totaling $15 billion.

  • Successfully attracted more than 100 investment projects and conducted 13 workshops for international businesses.

  • Influenced Ukraine's international image through participation in national campaigns and key events such as Expo 2025.

  • Actively worked on Eurointegration by aligning legislative issues and export strategy.

  • Supported the development of SMEs and the labor market by promoting entrepreneurship and creating new jobs.

  • Launched initiatives in sustainable development and business, such as a green platform and instruments for war risk insurance.



This is the result of the work of 10 young professionals who consciously returned home during the war to strengthen the state.


In January 2026, 25 new participants will join the #CreateUkraine program, who will also work in key ministries of Ukraine. The #CreateUkraine program was initiated under the Lithuanian program #CreateLithuania with the support of the European Union and the Government of Ukraine.



The first participants of the #CreateUkraine program completed a successful project, implementing over 30 initiatives aimed at supporting economic reforms and Ukraine's Eurointegration. Their achievements covered various areas, from project management to the development of SMEs and sustainable business, contributing to improving the country's international image and its economic development.
