Ukraine's administrative service centers, also known as TsNAPs, have steadily widened their presence across the country. Residents can now access more than 350 government services through these one-stop offices, bypassing the need to travel between multiple bureaucratic institutions. TsNAPs are a key part of Ukraine's broader push to modernize and centralize public administration.
Data shows that 98% of TsNAP visitors are satisfied with their experience, underscoring both the quality of service and operational efficiency. To date, these centers have delivered 100 million services, reflecting how deeply they have become part of daily life. There are currently 5,404 TsNAPs operating nationwide, each working to strengthen public access to administrative support.
