The program 'Restart: Empowering Employment Opportunities' provides grants for creating, developing, or restoring businesses. Only one representative from each family can take advantage of the support, and individuals who have already received grants from the Red Cross within the last 12 months are not eligible to participate in the program.
- 50% of the grant amount is paid in the first stage.
