Operational Update as of March 11
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has provided a summary of combat activity across the country for March 11. A total of 113 hostile engagements were recorded over the past 24 hours. Russian forces escalated their offensive efforts, launching numerous airstrikes, artillery barrages, and ground assaults across multiple sectors of the front line.
During the day, the enemy carried out 68 airstrikes, dropped 194 guided aerial bombs, and deployed 5,711 kamikaze drones. In total, Ukrainian towns and military positions were subjected to 29,361 artillery and mortar attacks. The Pokrovsk sector saw the most intense offensive pressure, with Russian forces conducting 20 separate assault actions in the areas of:
- Bilytske
- Nykyforivka
- Rodynske
- Myrnohrad
- Kotlyne
- Udachne
- Muravka
- Novopidhorodne
- Novoplatonivka
On the South Slobozhanske front, Ukrainian defenders repelled one enemy assault. The enemy also conducted four airstrikes, dropped ten guided bombs, and carried out 103 artillery attacks, including three using multiple launch rocket systems. In the Kupiansk sector, Russian troops attacked three times towards Novoplatonivka and Podoly. The Lyman sector saw six enemy attacks repelled near Drobysheve and Cherneshchyna.
Situation on Key Frontline Sectors
On the Sloviansk front, the enemy made five attempts to advance towards Rai-Oleksandrivka and Dronivka. No offensive actions were recorded in the Kramatorsk sector. In the Kostiantynivka sector, occupying forces launched 21 separate assaults on positions near:
- Kostiantynivka
- Ivanopillia
- Illinivka
- Berestok
- Sofiivka
Fighting in these areas continues.
On the Oleksandrivsk front, Russian forces attempted three times to improve their tactical position with attacks in the areas of Ternove, Zlahoda, and Dobropillia. Velykomykhailivka, Kolomiytsi, and Pysantsi came under airstrikes. The Huliaipole sector recorded 19 enemy attacks in the areas of:
- Huliaipole
- Novoukrainka
- Zaliznychne
- Tsvitkove
- Myrne
Additionally, airstrikes targeted Shyroke, Charivne, and Dolynka, where six separate clashes are ongoing.
No enemy attacks were recorded on the Orikhiv front. On the Prydniprovske front, one engagement occurred, resulting in an airstrike on the settlement of Malokaterynivka. As of March 11, the 1,477th day of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine continues. The high volume of airstrikes and artillery fire indicates a significant intensification of combat, particularly in key sectors like Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka. The situation in eastern Ukraine remains critical as Russian forces attempt to consolidate gains, requiring constant vigilance and defensive readiness from Ukrainian troops.
