Relocated Administrative Service Centers in Ukraine
To ensure continued state support for citizens in difficult circumstances, 133 Administrative Service Centers (ASCs) have been relocated from dangerous areas and are now operational across Ukraine. This initiative is crucial for maintaining essential services for displaced populations.
These relocated centers provide a range of vital local services. Their key functions include:
- Updating personal data and changing place of residence;
- Verifying property rights;
- Processing community budget-funded payments;
- Reissuing or providing duplicates of documents originally issued by local councils;
- Registering children in new communities.
Consequently, the relocation of these centers ensures that citizens affected by the changing situation retain access to necessary administrative support.
The Significance of Relocation for the Population
Relocating these service centers is a critical measure for supporting populations impacted by war and displacement. These changes help preserve social stability and enable people to obtain essential services, even under new and challenging conditions. This system is part of a broader effort to maintain government functionality during the ongoing conflict.
Importantly, such initiatives facilitate the faster adaptation of internally displaced persons to the new realities of life in different communities.
