On April 29, the front line recorded 137 combat engagements, signaling a notable escalation in hostilities. The adversary launched one missile strike using two missiles, along with 49 airstrikes that dropped 155 guided bombs. The deployment of 4,642 kamikaze drones and 2,476 artillery bombardments against civilian settlements and military positions further underscores the intensity of the enemy's aggression.
Front-Line Situation
In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk sectors, defense forces repelled three attacks, while occupiers carried out 63 shelling incidents, including two using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS). On the Southern Slobozhansky front, the enemy launched six assaults near Vovchansk, Starytsia, Vovchanski Khutory, Okhrimivka, and Krasne Pershe. No offensive actions were reported in the Kupiansk direction.
In the Lyman sector, Ukrainian troops successfully thwarted five attempts to advance toward Drobysheve, Stavky, and Lyman. The Sloviansk front saw seven attacks, targeting Rai-Oleksandrivka and areas around Yampil, Zakitne, and Riznykivka, with two clashes still ongoing. In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy struck positions near Nykyforivka.
On the Kostiantynivka axis, defense forces repelled 18 assaults near Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Ilyinivka, Rusyniv Yar, Oleksandro-Shultyne, and Stepanivka. The Pokrovsk sector experienced 31 attacks, with one engagement still in progress. In the Oleksandrivka direction, occupiers made five attempts to improve their positions, advancing toward Oleksandrohrad, Kalynivske, and Nove Zaporizhzhia.
The Huliaipole front recorded 18 attacks near Pryluky, Olenokostiantynivka, Dobropillia, Varvarivka, Huliaipole, Sviatopetrivka, Tsvitkove, and Charivne. The enemy also conducted airstrikes around Zirnytsia, Hirke, Kopani, Barvinivka, Vozdvyzhivka, Liubytske, Huliaipilske, Dolynka, and Charivne. In the Orikhiv sector, the adversary launched one assault toward Novoandriivka and carried out airstrikes on Tavriiske and Orikhiv.
On the Dnipro front, defense forces repelled four attacks near the Antonivskyi Bridge and on Bilohrudyi Island. This marks the 1,526th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine.
