Furthermore, the signatories have accused Russia of interfering with satellite navigation systems and of deliberately disabling ship transponders. Demonstrating immediate enforcement, the French Navy has already intercepted a tanker named the Grinch, which was traveling from Russia under a false flag. The vessel is currently impounded in the port of Marseille.
