Operational Situation in Ukraine
Ukrainian forces engaged in 148 combat clashes over the past day. Russian troops launched mass airstrikes, artillery barrages, and attacks across multiple frontline sectors. Yesterday, the enemy conducted 103 airstrikes, deploying 328 guided aerial bombs and 8,681 kamikaze drones. A total of 3,483 artillery shelling incidents were recorded, 74 of which involved multiple launch rocket systems.
Actions of Ukraine's Defense Forces
In response, Ukrainian aviation, missile forces, and artillery successfully struck the following Russian targets:
- two command posts,
- eight areas of troop concentration,
- one area of weapons and military equipment concentration,
- one logistics and support depot,
- one enemy UAV control point.
On the North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, Russian forces carried out 139 artillery attacks, 17 of which used MLRS. In these same sectors, the enemy also conducted five airstrikes employing 16 guided bombs.
On the South-Slobozhansky direction, Russian troops made two attempts to breach Ukrainian defenses near Vovchansk and Synelnykove. On the Kupiansk direction, the aggressor attacked once in the area of Novoplatonivka.
On the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked four times, attempting to penetrate defenses near Drobysheve and Lyman. Throughout the day on the Sloviansk direction, seven attempts to advance near Dronivka, Siversk, and Rai-Oleksandrivka were halted.
On the Kramatorsk direction, occupiers attacked three times toward Predtechyne, Malynivka, and Chasiv Yar. On the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 15 assaults near Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia, Rusyn Yar, Pleshiivka, Popov Yar, and Sofiyivka.
On the Pokrovsk direction, 24 Russian assault actions were stopped near Dorozhnie, Bilytske, Rodynske, Shevchenko, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Molodetske, Novopidhorodne, Myrnohrad, and Muravka. On the Oleksandrivsk direction, the enemy attacked three times near Ternove and Zlahoda.
On the Huliaipole direction, 37 attacks occurred near Dobropillia, Pryluky, Zaliznychne, Zelene, Varvarivka, Huliaipilske, Staroukrainka, and Olenokostiantynivka. This marks the 1,466th day of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine.
The frontline situation remains tense, with intense combat actions across numerous sectors. The high volume of Russian airstrikes and drone attacks indicates a significant shift in their battlefield tactics. Ukraine's defense forces continue to respond actively, inflicting losses on the enemy that could shape the future course of the conflict. The sheer scale of ordnance used underscores the war's intensity and the critical need for continued international support for Ukraine's air defense capabilities.
