The court found the deputy of the Nadlack village council of the Holovanivsk district of Kirovohrad region guilty of submitting false information in the declaration. He was punished with community service and temporarily banned from holding positions in local self-government. This is reported by the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NACP).

The court imposed the following punishment:
-
150 hours of community service;
-
a ban on holding positions in local self-government bodies for one year.
