150 ultrasound diagnostic systems provided for medical institutions in Ukraine
150 modern ultrasound diagnostic systems of T-Lite PRO and U-Lite PRO models from Sonoscanner have been delivered to 87 medical institutions across Ukraine. This delivery took place from September 1 to October 8, 2025, covering 23 regions of the country, with a total equipment cost of 2,980,000 euros.
Of this amount, 100 systems are intended to assist in emergency and family medicine, as well as during the evacuation of victims. Another 50 systems are equipped with an extended set of sensors and are used for monitoring patient conditions and rehabilitation.
The equipment is equipped with convex, linear, and phased array sensors, allowing for comprehensive diagnostics even in departments where there is no possibility to use stationary equipment, - says a representative of Sonoscanner.
All machines are already in operation, and medical staff have undergone special training to work with them. This equipment will enhance the capabilities of emergency and resuscitation services, where the speed of medical decisions is critical to saving patients' lives.
Intergovernmental agreements promote the development of the medical sector
This equipment transfer occurred within the framework of seven intergovernmental agreements signed between Ukraine and France in April 2025 for over 51 million euros. These agreements are part of a Grant intergovernmental agreement concluded in June 2024 for 200 million euros, aimed at supporting critical infrastructure and medical institutions to improve healthcare delivery.
The provision of 150 modern ultrasound diagnostic systems for medical institutions in Ukraine is part of a broad project of cooperation between Ukraine and France aimed at improving the country's healthcare sector. It is an important step in developing medical infrastructure and enhancing the level of healthcare provision to the population.
