Odesa has declared a day of mourning on April 16 following a series of Russian attacks that killed eight people in the city and two more in Dnipro. The assaults, which occurred between 7:00 AM on April 15 and 7:00 AM on April 16, involved multiple waves of missile and drone strikes targeting the city.
