Combat Operations in Ukraine
Ukrainian forces engaged in 160 separate clashes over the past day, repelling numerous attacks across the frontline. The enemy launched massed missile and air strikes, alongside artillery bombardments of Ukrainian military positions. This intense level of fighting underscores the ongoing, high-tempo nature of the conflict.
Yesterday, the adversary carried out two missile strikes involving 30 missiles and 76 air strikes, which deployed 168 guided aerial bombs. Furthermore, they utilized 8,470 'kamikaze' drones for attacks. In total, Ukrainian troops and civilian settlements endured 3,323 artillery bombardments, 67 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.
Actions of Ukrainian Forces
Ukrainian missile and artillery units successfully struck the following targets:
- three areas of personnel concentration,
- one artillery system,
- a UAV control point,
- three other high-value targets.
On the North-Slobozhan and Kursk axes, the enemy conducted 99 bombardments, including 12 with rocket artillery. On the South-Slobozhan axis, enemy forces attempted four assaults near Vovchanski Khutory, Prylipka, and towards Okhrimivka.
On the Kupiansk axis, three attacks were directed towards Kurylivka and Novoosynove. On the Lyman axis, the enemy attacked eight times in the area of Zarichne, as well as towards Druzhbivka and Stavky. On the Sloviansk axis, Ukrainian forces repelled ten attempts to advance near Yampil, Zakytne, Riznykivka, Platonivka, Dronivka, and Sviatopokrovske.
On the Kramatorsk axis, Russian troops made three attempts to advance near Stupochky and towards Novodmytrivka. On the Kostiantynivka axis, the enemy carried out 14 assaults near Pleshiivka, Shcherbynivka, Rusyn Yar, and Sofiyivka, as well as towards Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Novopavlivka, and Ivanopillia. On the Pokrovsk axis, 21 enemy assault and offensive actions were halted near Rodynske, Kotlyne, Filiya, and towards Novooleksandrivka and Novopidhorodne.
On the Oleksandrivsk axis, the enemy attacked six times near Ternove, Rybne, and towards Danilivka and Tsegelne. On the Prydniprovsk axis, the enemy made two unsuccessful attacks. This marks the 1,456th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine.
This 24-hour period was marked by intense combat, indicating the conflict's continuation across multiple fronts. The increase in enemy attacks and the active use of missile and air strikes point to a high level of tension in the region.
For their part, Ukrainian forces continue to demonstrate resilience and the capability to repel numerous assaults, a critical factor in the context of a protracted war. Given the scale of combat operations and the volume of equipment employed, the situation remains critical and warrants sustained attention from the international community.
