Protocol for illegal use of police symbols
Police in Vinnytsia have drawn up a protocol against a 19-year-old girl for the illegal use of police symbols. The incident occurred on January 12, when a video was discovered showing the girl appearing in police clothing and with insignias. It is worth noting that the girl is not a police officer.
The protocol was drawn up under part 1 of Article 184-3 of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses. The fine for this article ranges from 1000 to 2000 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens. This case is not isolated:
- In Kyiv, three fans of Russian music have already been held accountable for provocative content.
- There was also a case where a 20-year-old man from Kyiv was held accountable for a video in police uniform, which featured Russian songs.
