Frontline Update for October 24
On October 24, Ukrainian forces engaged in 193 combat encounters, inflicting heavy losses on Russian invaders. The enemy suffered 1,850 casualties in a single day, bringing the overall losses since the war's start to approximately 1,578,450 personnel. In the Pokrovske direction, Ukrainian troops repelled 16 enemy assaults, while 13 attempted advances were recorded each in the Kostiantynivka and Huliaipole sectors.
Russian forces tried to push forward in multiple locations, including:

- Novyi Donbas
- Vasylivka
- Molodetske
- Dobropillia
- Krasnopodillia
- Sergiivka
Ukrainian aviation, missile units, and artillery targeted concentrated enemy troops and equipment as well as command posts and UAV control centers.
Thanks to Ukrainian military operations, the following enemy assets were destroyed:
- 3 tanks
- 5 armored combat vehicles
- 49 artillery pieces
- 5 multiple rocket launcher systems
- 3 air defense systems
- 6 ground robotic complexes
- 1,738 drones
- 417 enemy vehicles and 4 special-purpose machines
The Ukrainian General Staff reported that the enemy launched 83 airstrikes yesterday, dropping 281 guided bombs. Additionally, the invaders deployed 10,010 kamikaze drones and conducted 3,276 attacks on settlements and Ukrainian positions, including 24 rocket artillery barrages.

Settlements including Svesa, Paliivka, and Pysarivka were struck by airstrikes.
Ongoing Pressure on Multiple Fronts
Tensions remained high across other sectors of the front. On the North Slobozhansky and Kursk fronts, the enemy conducted two airstrikes, deploying six guided bombs and launching 51 shelling attacks. Ukrainian forces successfully repelled eight enemy assaults near Ternove, Okhrimivka, and Bochkove in the South Slobozhansky sector.
In the Kupiansk direction, Russian troops made four attempts to improve their positions toward Radkivka. The Lyman front saw six offensive actions near Zarichne, Stavky, Dibrova, and Novoselivka.
On the Sloviansk front, the enemy mounted four attacks near Kryva Luka, while the Kramatorsk sector experienced no storming activity. The Oleksandrivka front faced attacks toward Zaporizke, and a single assault attempt was recorded near Novoyakovlivka in the Orikhiv sector. No active enemy offensives occurred on the Prydniprovsk front, and no signs of enemy buildup were detected in the Volyn and Polissia sectors.
The overall situation confirms persistent intense combat from both sides. Ukrainian troops continue to demonstrate resilience, successfully fending off attacks and inflicting substantial damage on Russian forces.
