Appointment of Anna Dorosh
Anna Dorosh, just 20 years old, has been appointed to lead the protocol office for Health Minister Viktor Liashko. Despite her youth, she has already held several key positions. In 2025, she served as the lead specialist for an expert group on the Green Deal, environment, and climate change within the government office responsible for coordinating European and Euro-Atlantic integration at the Cabinet of Ministers Secretariat.
Her father, Volodymyr Dorosh, previously served as an advisor to Serhiy Osachuk, the former head of the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration. In June 2022, a volunteer in Bukovyna was detained for selling SUVs to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Media reports linked the detained volunteer to Dorosh’s team, noting that four vehicles were sold for nearly half a million hryvnias.
I begin this new professional chapter as head of the protocol for Ukraine’s Minister of Health with gratitude and a deep sense of responsibility. I am proud to join a team dedicated to advancing Ukraine’s healthcare system during one of the most challenging periods for our country. Ahead lie many challenges, substantial work, and new tasks.
Anna Dorosh
