200 combat clashes in a day: how events unfolded on all fronts

On January 6, there were 200 combat clashes at the front in Ukraine. The enemy launched one rocket and 54 aviation strikes, as well as used kamikaze drones. The main offensive actions of the enemy took place in the Pokrovsk direction.

Situation in different directions

  • In the South-Slobozhan direction, 2 combat clashes were recorded. The enemy carried out 62 shellings, including 3 aviation strikes and 8 guided aerial bombs. The enemy stopped 11 attacks in the areas of Vovchansk, Staritsia, and Prylipky.
  • In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attempted to advance four times.
  • In the Lyman direction, Russian invaders attacked the positions of the Ukrainian forces 12 times.
  • In the Sloviansk direction, defense forces repelled 3 enemy attacks.
  • In the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian troops stopped 5 attacks.
  • In the Kostiantynivka direction, the Russians attacked the defense positions 16 times.
  • In the Pokrovsk direction, the invaders attempted to break through the defense 41 times.
  • In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy conducted 10 attacks.
  • In the Hulyaipole direction, defense forces repelled 46 attacks.

In total, the enemy launched 1 rocket strike and 54 aviation strikes, using 1 rocket and dropping 139 guided aerial bombs. Additionally, 4073 kamikaze drones were involved, and there were 2552 shellings of the positions of the Ukrainian forces and populated areas. These events indicate a continuation of active hostilities on all fronts.

The situation at the front remains tense, with a focus on active offensive actions by Russian troops, especially in the Pokrovsk direction. The high intensity of combat clashes and the use of modern technologies, such as kamikaze drones, point to an escalation of the conflict.
