Вражаючі обсяги транзиту через українську митницю у 2025 році

Successes of Ukrainian Customs in 2025

2025 has been a breakthrough year for Ukrainian Customs, which transitioned to the NCTS Phase 5 system and set records for the number of processed transits. This year, nearly 142 thousand declarations were processed under the 'customs visa-free regime,' indicating a surge in customs clearance activity.

Key Traffic Records

  • Successful completion of nearly 96.5 thousand movements in partner countries;
  • Acceptance of over 45.5 thousand cargoes from other countries;
  • The number of T1 declarations first exceeded 10.5 thousand in the IV quarter;
  • The number of internal transit operations increased from 10 thousand to 24.5 thousand.

In the area of guarantees, there is some change: the number of general guarantees decreased to 87, but their total value increased to nearly 300 million euros. Over 22.7 thousand individual guarantees were registered for a total amount exceeding 1 billion euros. Additionally, 11 entities obtained status allowing them to use exemptions from guarantees for a total amount exceeding 57 million euros, further simplifying customs clearance procedures.

Thus, 2025 has proven to be exceptionally successful for Ukrainian Customs, which continues to improve its processes and increase operational efficiency.

The growth in customs operations and the activation of internal transportation indicate positive changes in the economic situation in Ukraine, as well as the effectiveness of implementing new technologies in the customs field.

The transition to the NCTS Phase 5 system could become an important factor in enhancing the competitiveness of Ukrainian goods in international markets and attracting foreign investments into the country.
