The Frontline Situation in Ukraine
Ukrainian forces reported 217 combat engagements on February 15. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian forces launched 47 airstrikes, dropped 131 guided aerial bombs, and deployed 3,031 kamikaze drones. Furthermore, the enemy carried out 2,522 artillery strikes on Ukrainian positions and settlements. The most intense offensive activity was concentrated in the Pokrovsk sector.
Combat Across Multiple Sectors
In the Pokrovsk sector, 58 separate attacks occurred in the areas of:

- Rodynske
- Shevchenko
- Novooleksandrivka
- Pokrovsk
- Udachne
- Kotlyne
- Molodetske
- Novopidhorodne
- Novopavlivka
- Novomykolaivka
- Filiia
- Dachne
As of this report, three of these assault attempts are still ongoing.
Fighting was also recorded in other sectors. On the South-Slobozhanske axis, Russian forces conducted 110 artillery strikes on positions and settlements, including three using multiple launch rocket systems. Four assaults were launched near Veterinarne, Vovchanski Khutory, and Okhrimivka, with two of those clashes continuing. On the Kupiansk axis, an attack was noted near Pishchane, while on the Lyman axis, two attacks near Stavky and Drobycheve were repelled.
On the Sloviansk axis, Ukrainian defenders repelled eight attempts by Russian troops to advance towards Yampil, Zakytne, Kryva Luka, Rai-Oleksandrivka, and Dronivka, with two attacks still in progress. The enemy conducted no active offensive actions on the Kramatorsk axis. On the Kostiantynivka axis, 26 assaults on Ukrainian positions were recorded near Kostiantynivka, Pleshiivka, Shcherbynivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Rusinyi Yar, Mykolaiipillia, Novopavlivka, Stepanivka, and Sofiiivka, though no active combat is currently taking place there.
The frontline situation remains tense as the full-scale war in Ukraine enters its 1,453rd day. The Pokrovsk sector has become a critical pressure point where Russian forces are attempting to make incremental gains, testing Ukrainian defensive lines.
Given the intensification of combat, particularly in the Pokrovsk sector, the development of events there could significantly impact the overall tactical situation in the region.
Faced with the high volume of attacks and bombardments, Ukrainian military forces continue to adapt their defensive strategies. Sustained international support remains crucial for Ukraine's capacity to withstand the ongoing aggression and maintain its defensive positions.
