Slovenia to Host Balkan U18 Athletics Championship: 22 Ukrainian Athletes to Compete

Balkan Athletics Association U18 Championships

The Balkan Athletics Association U18 Championships are set to take place in Novo Mesto, Slovenia. A total of 22 athletes from Ukraine will participate, representing their nation across a variety of events.

Ukraine's Roster

The Ukrainian team includes:

  • Alina Antsyferova and Diana Rybachyk – 100 meters
  • Anastasiia Hudyma – 400 meters
  • Zlata Mondzolivska – 800 meters
  • Valeriia Baranova – field events (100m hurdles, long jump)
  • Olesia Buina – field events (100m hurdles)
  • Mariia Papazova – 2000 meters steeplechase
  • Anastasiia Kovalchuk and Kira Kokosha – high jump
  • Olesia Dudina and Diana Kostiuk – triple jump
  • Hanna Pobyvanets and Illia Fedotov – hammer throw
  • Mark Stepanskyi and Yaroslav Prokopiev – discus throw
  • Stanislav Holubka – 110 meters hurdles
  • Danylo Sydorenko – 2000 meters steeplechase
  • Ivan Pavliukov – high jump
  • Taras Haidamachenko, Dmytro Horbivnenko, and Matvii Hrynchuk – triple jump
