War Update
Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces recorded 259 combat engagements along the front lines. The enemy carried out two missile strikes, 79 aerial attacks, dropped 240 guided bombs, and deployed 9,463 kamikaze drones. During the fighting, the adversary conducted 2,924 shelling incidents, 36 of which involved multiple launch rocket systems.
Ukrainian defenders struck five areas where enemy troops were concentrated and one command post. On the Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, the aggressor launched 63 shelling attacks, including six from multiple launch rocket systems. On the Southern Slobozhanskyi axis, enemy forces attacked Ukrainian positions 14 times, while on the Kupiansk front, they carried out one assault.
Frontline Situation
On the Lyman axis, the enemy attempted to breach Ukrainian defenses 11 times. In the Slavyansk direction, there were 28 assaults, while the Kramatorsk front saw three combat clashes. On the Kostiantynivka axis, the enemy conducted 20 attacks. Ukrainian troops repelled 33 assault actions by the aggressor on the Pokrovsk direction and five enemy attacks on the Oleksandrivka front. Occupiers also launched 22 attacks on the Huliaipole axis.
On the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of enemy offensive groupings were detected. This marks the 1,590th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. The frontline situation remains difficult, but defense forces continue to fulfill their missions, halting enemy attacks and inflicting losses on the adversary.
Current active hostilities underscore the ongoing tense situation at the front, despite the absence of indications that the enemy is forming offensive groups on the Volyn and Polissia fronts. It is important to note that Ukraine's defense forces are demonstrating proactive efforts in combating the aggressor, inflicting significant losses and holding their positions. These events highlight the conflict's duration and its impact on regional security.
