The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported intense frontline activity over the past 24 hours, recording 267 combat engagements. The enemy launched 4 missile strikes using 4 rockets, carried out 79 airstrikes, and dropped 254 guided aerial bombs. During the fighting, the adversary deployed 8,684 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,848 shelling attacks on populated areas and Ukrainian positions, including 54 from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS). This marks the 1,553rd day of the war, highlighting the prolonged nature of the conflict that began in February 2022.

Frontline Situation

On the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk axes, 3 combat clashes occurred, with the enemy carrying out 80 shelling attacks, 2 of which involved MLRS. On the South-Slobozhanskyi axis, the enemy stormed Ukrainian positions 11 times. On the Kupiansk axis, 7 enemy assaults were halted, while on the Lyman axis, 17 attempts by the adversary to advance were repelled.

According to the data, on the Sloviansk axis, 5 attempts to advance were stopped, and on the Kramatorsk axis, one attack near Minkivka was thwarted. On the Kostiantynivka axis, the enemy launched 14 attacks, while on the Pokrovsk axis, 47 assault actions by the aggressor were halted. On the Oleksandrivka axis, the adversary attacked twice near Verbove, and on the Huliaipole axis, 24 attacks occurred. On the Orikhiv axis, the enemy tried to advance 6 times.

In response to enemy actions, Ukraine's defense forces struck:

  • 2 drone control centers,
  • 3 areas where enemy personnel were concentrated,
  • an artillery system,
  • a storage depot for material and technical supplies,
  • one critical target.
