З початку нового року в Україні запроваджують графіки відключень електроенергії: що варто врахувати.

Hourly Power Outage Schedules in Ukraine

On December 27, hourly power outage schedules will be implemented in Ukraine. This decision is a result of Russian attacks on energy facilities, which have led to significant issues in the country's energy system. Outage schedules will be applied in most regions of Ukraine, as well as at companies that will operate under capacity limitation schedules for industrial consumers.

The General Director of DTEK, Maksym Timchenko, noted that this winter will be the hardest since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. He emphasized that the Ukrainian energy system is experiencing a shortage of backup power systems, complicating the supply of electricity to the population and industry.

Information for Consumers

In order to inform consumers, Ukrenergo urges them to find out about the time and scope of the outages on the official pages of regional energy companies.

“When electricity becomes available according to the schedule – please use it sparingly!” - Maksym Timchenko, General Director of DTEK.
The situation in the energy system may change, so it is important to keep track of the relevant information.

The introduction of power outage schedules in Ukraine is an important step in response to the challenges faced by the energy system due to external aggression. This decision, although forced, aims to ensure the stability of electricity supply amidst a shortage of resources. It is important for consumers to stay updated on the latest changes in order to adapt their consumption to the new realities and use the available electricity as efficiently as possible.
