Ukraine is implementing measures to limit electricity consumption due to attacks on energy facilities. 'Ukrenergo' reports that on October 29, some regions of the country will restrict electricity consumption due to failures caused by large-scale missile and drone attacks from Russia.
Power outage schedules will be in effect from 08:00 to 22:00, and power restrictions for industrial consumers will be applied from 07:00 to 22:00. It is worth noting that the situation may change at any moment, so 'Ukrenergo' advises keeping track of current information on the websites of energy suppliers in the relevant regions.
Let us remind you that the restriction regime is similar to the implementation possibility in Ukraine in previous years due to threats from Russia. Meanwhile, energy workers urge citizens to be economical with electricity and consume it carefully, following the established schedules.
It is noted that such measures are becoming necessary in the context of the escalation of the conflict in the east of the country and the ongoing hostile actions by Russia against Ukrainian energy facilities.
