In September 2026, the number of job vacancies in logistics, warehousing, and delivery decreased by 11% compared to last year. At the same time, salary offers in logistics increased: the median for truck drivers reached 66,300 UAH. OBOZ.UA reports this here.

The publication refers to a study by OLX Work. Companies most frequently sought drivers, loaders, couriers, and warehouse workers. The overall median salary in the category was 35,000 UAH per month.

Salaries in Logistics: What Was Offered in September 2026

Median salary offers increased across all listed professions. The highest amount was for truck driver vacancies, while dispatcher salaries saw the fastest percentage increase.

Results of the study by profession:

  • truck drivers: 66,300 UAH, a 20% increase;

  • drivers: 42,500 UAH, a 15% increase;

  • couriers: 35,000 UAH, an 11% increase;

  • forwarders: 30,000 UAH, a 13% increase;

  • warehouse workers: 29,400 UAH, a 15% increase;

  • loaders: 29,000 UAH, an 18% increase;

  • dispatchers: 23,800 UAH, a 25% increase.

The median is the middle of the distribution of offers: half the listed salaries are below this level, and half are above it. It does not represent guaranteed income for every employee. Actual pay depends on the employer, region, experience, and schedule.

By region, the highest median figures were recorded in Volyn and Lviv regions: 40,000 UAH each. Kyiv region offered 39,000 UAH, Zakarpattia 35,000 UAH, and Odesa 34,500 UAH. Differences in demand for workers can be observed between other regions as well.

Competition for Vacancies: Dispatchers Receive the Most Responses

On average, there were five responses per job ad in the category. However, candidate activity varied significantly depending on the position:

  • dispatcher: 12 responses;

  • forwarder and driver: 6 each;

  • loader: 5;

  • courier and warehouse worker: 4 each.

Over the year, the number of responses to vacancies for these professions increased by about one to three. This reflects the activity of job seekers regarding ads, not the number of people employed.

The work of the industry is affected by Russian attacks on warehouses and logistics infrastructure. As explained by OLX Work director Maria Abdullina, companies may reassign staff to other facilities or seek alternative workplaces.

Despite the overall reduction in job ads, the study did not record a significant decline in the number of ads for most individual professions. Logistics also remained among the sectors with the highest number of vacancies in September.
