The problem of desertion in Ukraine
MP Roman Kostenko reported a high percentage of service members abandoning their posts in Ukraine, particularly in training centers. - increasing salaries for service members with longer service;
- introducing contracts for young individuals aged 18-24;
- substantial rewards for completing combat tasks, such as 'destroy a tank - receive 10,000 dollars'.
