98 combat clashes in a day: how Ukrainian defenders are holding back the occupiers' advance
In the past day, there were 98 combat clashes, Ukrainian military forces are holding back the pressure from the occupiers and inflicting significant losses on the enemy. Yesterday, the enemy carried out one missile strike and 51 air strikes. In particular, one missile was used and 151 guided aerial bombs were dropped. A total of 3508 shellings occurred, of which 49 were from multiple launch rocket systems. The enemy deployed 6237 kamikaze drones.
Shelling and attacks
The following populated areas suffered air strikes:
- Lisne
- Zaliznychne
- Svatojetrivka
- Verkhnyaterza
- Huliaipole
- Tsvitkove
- Priluky
- Varvarivka
- Pridniprovske
The Defense Forces of Ukraine struck four concentration areas and two enemy command points. Throughout the day, the enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders in Vovchansk and Starytsia three times, and also carried out 15 attacks in the Lyman direction.
Our defenders halted two offensive actions by invaders in Siversk and Sacco and Vanzetti. In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy launched 15 attacks, while in the Pokrovsk direction, our forces stopped 23 assaults by the aggressor. In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked 12 times, and in the Huliaipilske direction, 14 enemy attempts to advance were halted.
The invader attacked positions towards Prymorsky twice, and Ukrainian units repelled two attacks by Russians towards the Antonivskiy bridge. The full-scale war in Ukraine continues into its 1409th day, and Ukrainian defenders continue to heroically fulfill their duties, holding back the aggressor's actions.
