The psychologists of the State Emergency Service completed training on psychological assistance for children in crisis situations. A total of 98 specialists were trained to provide support to children who find themselves in difficult life circumstances. The training, conducted online, combined theory with the analysis of real situations, allowing psychologists to respond effectively and support their young charges.

Supporting and helping children in difficult situations is very important. The first words and actions of adults determine how the child will feel and what further consequences may follow in the future

The training was conducted as part of the project 'Providing psychosocial support and ensuring justice as an integral part of better care for vulnerable children,' implemented by the All-Ukrainian NGO 'Volunteer' in collaboration with UNICEF Ukraine.
