The 12th Special Purpose Brigade 'Azov' released a new video featuring grandmothers in the main roles titled 'And My Grandmother in Azov'. The grandmothers show how they care for their grandchildren who are fighting for the country.

'Grandmothers dream of having their grandchildren nearby, sometimes helping with household chores and visiting more often. When grandchildren take on the responsibility for the fate of the country, grandmothers wisely maintain their calm, knowing that it will make things much easier for the boys. They also send a jar of jam, homemade pastries, and apples from their own garden every week with a short note: 'I love you, dear'. Simple care that speaks more than words.'

Essence of the Video

In the video, two grandmothers prepare packages for their grandchildren. One of them sends a package to Warsaw for her grandson who cannot find a job abroad. The other grandmother packs a camouflage net for her grandson who serves in the 'Azov' brigade in Kramatorsk.

The video 'And My Grandmother in Azov' evoked strong emotions in viewers, many could not hold back tears during the viewing.

Ukrainian grandmothers continue to support their grandchildren, giving them a piece of home and warmth even in this way. This video once again emphasized the great importance of family ties and support in a difficult time for Ukraine.
