The Russian Federation has already used 9M729 nuclear-capable missiles against Ukraine 23 times. According to Oleksandr Sorochyk, the first secretary of Ukraine's Permanent Mission to international organizations in Vienna, these missiles violate the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty. The deployment of such missiles prompted the United States to withdraw from the treaty back in 2019.
Furthermore, Oleksandr Sorochyk informed the OSCE about massive terrorist attacks by the Russian Federation on Ukraine over the past week. Over one thousand seven hundred drone attacks have been carried out, along with the launch of 70 missiles, including ballistic ones. The diplomat urged the global community to take decisive action to counter Russia's aggression.
