Lawyer Oleksandr Protas revealed the mechanism for avoiding mobilization in Ukraine, naming specific amounts demanded from men at various stages. He believes that the system of bribes allows individuals to evade conscription into military service. Protas expressed his dissatisfaction with the inaction of the State Bureau of Investigation in investigating the tragic events related to representatives of the TCK that led to the death of one of his clients. The lawyer also noted that the SBI does not respond to his inquiries about the criminal case and is not effectively working in this direction. It should also be noted that regulatory authorities are actively checking enterprises for hidden employees.
