In Odesa and the region, emergency power outages are ongoing due to a cyberattack by the enemy. However, the CNAPs have proven to be reliable pillars for local residents. All centers provide services without interruption and assist those in need.
The staff of the CNAPs help citizens with document processing during these challenging times. Philanthropists have equipped all centers with generators and alternative power sources so that everyone can charge their electronic devices and stay connected. The OVA and local CNAPs prepared for the incident in advance, so their uninterrupted operation is a significant achievement in this situation.
