A support program for households affected by rising centralized heating costs has been launched in Poland. From November 3 to December 15, you can apply for a voucher to compensate for expenses – the amount of assistance reaches 3500 zlotys. Applications can be submitted via ePUAP, the mObywatel app or at the local administration office. The voucher covers the period from July 1 to December 31, 2025. This is reported by the In Poland portal.
How much is paid
The amount of compensation depends on the heating tariff. The higher the tariff – the greater the support:
-
from 500 zlotys – if the price exceeds 170 zlotys per 1 GJ
-
up to 3500 zlotys – if the price exceeds 230 zlotys per 1 GJ.
Payments are made to one household. In addition, the program will be extended to 2026: from the new year, it will also be possible to apply and receive up to 3500 zlotys if tariffs remain high.
How to apply
Applications can be submitted online or in person. The Polish Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy has prepared official forms to simplify the process. Documents are accepted:
-
through the ePUAP platform
-
in the mObywatel app
-
at the city or community office in person.
Documents must be submitted within the specified time frame, after which the application will be reviewed and the appropriate amount will be allocated.
Who can count on support
Assistance is provided to households connected to central heating. The program is designed for those who have genuinely been affected by rising tariffs and require compensation for costs during the winter season.
