How Ukrainians View Government Ministers in October 2025: Ranking

The popularity of government members for October 2025 showed that Ukrainians continue to express the highest trust in the First Deputy Prime Minister for Digitalization Mykhailo Fedorov — his rating increased by 9% and reached 75%. The survey was conducted on the hundredth day of the new Cabinet's work. This is reported by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

In second place is the Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Taras Kachka, who appeared in the rankings for the first time with a score of 20% (+1%). The trust in Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha significantly decreased, losing 25% and dropping to 18%.

Other participants in the ranking showed a decline in dynamics compared to July.

  17. Minister of Sports Matviy Bidnyi — 1% (−2%).

Analysts note that citizens have become more cautious in assessing the activities of government officials, particularly due to economic difficulties and a demand for concrete results from reforms. At the same time, the stable support for Fedorov indicates a high level of trust in the state's digital projects and the course for technological development.
